Sean is a Latino producer, director, and unit production manager with over a decade of experience in narrative and commercial production.
He began his career as a cinematographer, later transitioning into production and management, bringing with him a strong cross-departmental understanding. This perspective allows him to streamline workflows, solve problems rapidly, and elevate overall production quality—consistently delivering high-caliber work under budget.
Sean is committed to ensuring that executive producers, directors, and clients see their vision fully realized. With a detail-oriented approach and steady leadership, he guides projects and teams from concept through completion with clarity and precision.
He is the founder of production companies: Wax & Wane Films and No Usual Productions.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys golfing, biking, tennis, weightlifting, woodworking, and floral design.
He is currently based in Miami and Tampa, and frequently travels across the U.S. and internationally for work.
